MDH Karahi Paneer Masala, 100gm

Preparation Method: Heat oil and saute onion puree, garlic, and ginger for 4 mins. on medium flame. Add tomatoes puree and cook for another 4 mins. Add diced onion and saute till translucent, put in diced bell peppers and then a minute later Karahi Paneer masala, 100ml water, cook for 5 minutes, Add the paneer pieces and cook for 8 minutes. Let thick gravy remain. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and ginger julieness. Serve 4-5 persons with roti or parantha.

Ingredients: Corinader, Iodised salt, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Cumin, Nigella, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Black Pepper, Fenugreek seeds, Fenugreek leaves, Cassia, Nutmeg, Cloves, Mace.
