A2 cultured Gir cow ghee is prepared from pure milk of Gir cow. For A2 cultured Gir cow milk first we boiled and after boiled the milk of Gir cow we cooled milk at the room temperature. add then we added pure A2 curd culture in this milk and We put this mixture aside for whole nighte this we put this mixture aside and at morning 4 AM in Bhrahmamuhurta with the use of wooden Bilona we mixed it thoroughly . After that we separate the pure A2 Gir cow butter and heat this in a low flame and from this we get our 100% pure A2 Gir cow Ghee.
