 Sweet Recipe: Piña Colada Popsicles

You just need four ingredients and about five minutes to make them! (Though, you do have to wait for them to freeze. Add the alcohol (rum) if you want it or don’t wish to make kid-friendly popsicles! 

 Ingredients

·  200ml Dhampur Green Pina Colada

·  2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (prefer the dairy-free ice cream)

·  Small mini-bite-size chunks of pineapple (not the canned variety; this is optional)

·  50ml dark rum (omit for non-alcoholic popsicles)

·  juice of ½ small lime

Instructions

·  Pour all ingredients, apart from the pineapple chunks, in a large measuring cup. Blend well to combine.

·  Roll in the pineapple pieces gently

·  Pour into popsicle moulds, place a popsicle stick into each mould and cover. Freeze for 8 hours or until frozen firm.

·  Store in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
