Directions to use – ? Step 1 – Place one tea bag of FittR Immunity Brew in a cup
? Step 2 – Add 150 ml of hot water (Around 90?)
? Step 3 – Allow it to infuse in water for 3-5 mins
? Step 4 – Add ½ teaspoon of honey to enhance taste (optional) and enjoy your hot cup of FittR Immunity Brew.
