Our handcrafted desi ghee is prepared from pure hormone-free buffalo milk wherein cream is hand-churned into butter and then simmered to make awesome and delicious ghee. It is white in colour and has a smooth texture with a pleasant aroma. Ghee has a high smoke point, adding plenty of nutrition to your cooking and meals. Around 20-25 litres of buffalo milk is required to make 1 litre of ghee.
