Paneer Makhani-

Serves 4-5, Timing 30 minutes

Recipe: 300 gm Paneer, 250 gm Golden Crown Tomato Puree, 1 piece ginger, 2 tbsp butter/ghee and 2 tbsp Euro Gold Olive Oil, seed of 2 green chhoti illaichi, 1/2 tap sugar, 1 tsp Golden Crown Tomato Ketchup, 4 tbsp cashew nuts or magaz soaked in 1/4 cup water and ground to a paste, 1 tsp salt taste, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 degi mirch or red chilly powder, 2 tsp dried kassori methi, 1 cup milk, 3-4 tbsp cream.

Method: Microwave Puree and ginger in a deep dish with 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes. Blend puree in a mixer. Microwave butter/ghee and oil for 2 minutes. Add illaichi powder. mix. Add salt, sugar, red chilli powder and garam masala. mix. Add Golden Crown Tomato Puree and tomato ketchup. Mix very well. Microwave for 7 minutes, Stir once in between. Add cashewnut or magaz paste and kasoori methi. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup water. Microwave for 3 minutes. Add paneer and Mix well and microwave for 3 minutes.

Add cream, if using Sprinkle Little Kasoori methi on top and Serve hot.
