Preparation Method:

(A) Sweet Dalia (Porridge):

1. Add 250 ml water in 100gm Dalia (porridge) and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
2. Add 200 ml milk and 50 gm sugar and cook for 3 -5 minutes or till done garnish with dry fruits.
3. Is ready & serve  hot.

(B) Salty Dalia (Porridge):

1. Soak 100 gm Dalia in water for 2 hours.
2. Cut 250 gm green vegetables like carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, peas and give one boil.
3. Drain water from soaked dalia.
4.  Take 15 gm oil in a sauce pan and heat.
5.  Put pinch of mustard seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
6. Gently pour soaked dalia and blanched used table.
7. Garnish with garam masala, tomato slices, vegetable, coriander leaves & Serve hot.
