Our basmati rice is a rich source of protein, fibres, has minimal fat and tastes even better. Hand pounded rice is considered to be the healthiest rice in the world. The traditional method of hand pounding removes the husk and turns paddy into edible rice. In the process, the grain still retains its healthy nutrients as the bran is more or less intact. Thus, this variant is better for wellbeing as compared to the machine-processed rice.
