HAYYAN is structured by Two Engineering Graduates as an Farmers based Organization in Coimbatore. We both are Childhood friends from Agricultural family where we produce oil for our household needs from our own farm ingredients. Later with the guidance of our Parents and Grandparents we thought that everyone should get benefit from our natural farm products, So we decided to supply our products and we made reach it out to everyone. Now we are closely working with 50+ farmers around Coimbatore from whom we directly procure our raw ingredients and also we use our own farm ingredients to produce oils.
Direct From Farmers
- Black Sesame grown in our own farm and other farms around our area are carefully handpicked and stocked.
- We get most of the Black sesame seeds from Illayangudi (Ramanathapuram) from 10+ Marginal farmers.
- Farmers usually Cultivate Black sesame seeds after paddy sesaon.

Black Sesame seeds
- Black Sesame Seeds is a rich source of vitamin E (an antioxidant) and other nutrients like zinc, copper, magnesium, calcium, iron and Vitamin B-6.
- Black sesame seeds are an especially rich source of macrominerals and trace minerals.

Traditional Cold Pressed method
- The oil is extracted from Black Sesame Seeds using Traditional Cold Pressed (Chekku in Tamil) method
- Adding Palm jaggery(Traditional method) in 10:1 ratio to make oil medium Pungent
- Production of Oil in room temperature
- No External Heat applied for higher production.

Natural Sun Light Sedimentation
- We don’t use artificial refining method instead we use Natural Sedimentation Process where the crushed Black sesame oil is Sedimented in Direct Natural Sun light for Four days.
- Packing which is done completely by women in an Hygienic environment which is always maintained neat and clean to ensure the high quality standard of our oil.
