How to make wholesome and nourishing Horlicks for your entire family!

Method:

• Take 200 ml of hot or cold milk.
• Add 3 heaped teaspoonfuls (27 gm) of Horlicks.
• Stir quickly to mix well.
• Add a little sugar if required.

Recommended Serving: 27 gm, twice a day.
