Preparation Method:
(A) Sweet Dalia (Porridge):
- Add 250 ml water in 100gm Dalia (porridge) and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Add 200 ml milk and 50 gm sugar and cook for 3 -5 minutes or till done garnish with dry fruits.
- Is ready & serve hot.
(B) Salty Dalia (Porridge):
- Soak 100 gm Dalia in water for 2 hours.
- Cut 250 gm green vegetables like carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, peas and give one boil.
- Drain water from soaked dalia.
- Take 15 gm oil in a sauce pan and heat.
- Put pinch of mustard seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
- Gently pour soaked dalia and blanched used table.
- Garnish with garam masala, tomato slices, vegetable, coriander leaves & Serve hot.
Caution:
- Product once opened is not returnable at all.
- Store in cool, clean & Dry place.
- Protect the contents away from air & direct sunlight.
- Best before 6 months from manufacturing date.
