In simpler words, it is as healthy as it is delicious. Black points- since it is sweetened, the fibre in it is going to be slightly lesser than the unsweetened ones. Also, there are artificial flavours. We had to use them to improve the taste to make you senses more comfortable. But, if you re not the one to compromise on taste, we still have your back.
