Rich In PUFA
Oils rich in PUFA are liquid in room temperature, viscosity and melting point temperature increases inversely to double bond. Good sources of PUFA are walnut, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds and poppy seeds. PUFA are of two types omega 3 fatty acids and omega 6 fatty acids.
Rich In MUFA
Mono Unsaturated Fatty Acids There are two types of unsaturated fats, Poly and Mono Unsaturated Fats. In ghee it is generally found approx 30-32 whereas Emkay coconut vegan ghee has 45.07 PUFA and 23.49 MUFA. So 68.56 Unsaturated Fats. Poly Unsaturated Fats are good for brain Health, it is also beneficial for eye vision. Also reduced chances for heart related diseases. Trans Fats Free (Zero Trans Fats)
