• ?Glamycose -: Desi Ghee and its Indian roots always have a story to tell. Glamycose  A2 Cow Desi Ghee is crafted from A2 Milk of indigenous cows which are not injected with hormones using the traditional Bilona Curd Churning process, keeping in mind Charaka Samhita’s suggestion of using A2 Ghee for the utmost functioning of sensory organs.

• VEDIC BILONA METHOD PROCESS : Glamycose  A2 Ghee is made by following the traditional Vedic Bilona process. We follow a 5 step or sanskars to make our Ghee. We use earthen pots to boil the milk and then let it curdle in the same pot. By Churning the curd in the earthen pot using wooden hand-churners, Hand made on wood fire in small batches. Churned in pre-dawn hours, cows milked by hand, free grazed cows. we  collect the butter collected on the top. This ensures the purity of the  butter, and no chemicals are used in the process. 32 liters of milk is needed to make 1 Liter of Ghee.
